  Me and my wife had been looking for a new GLC300 for the past few weeks. .We found one at a dealer less then 2 miles from our home, but when the salesman was putting together the price I asked him if he planned on taking anything off the sticker price. He politely informed me that this car is a hot seller, and he didn't have to....needless to say I left. We decided to take a 25 mile drive and check out another dealer. When we arrived at Naperville Mercedes we were greeted promptly and put in touch with a salesman named James. I explained to him what had taken place at the last dealer and told him what I was looking for, and to please save all the back and forth negotiating, just give me the price of the car with my trade and we will go from there.He did exactly that. Had the exact car that we wanted, gave us much more for our trade, and gave us a great price on our new purchase.He was professional and polite from start to finish. Everyone at that dealership went out of their way to accommodate us.No pressure from the beginning .Everything took place in a timely manner from the test drive, to the financing. The product concierge, Arnel was fantastic in explaining all the details of the car. From the General Manager Eric, to the porters that got our new car set up, I have nothing but good things to say.
