  I stepped into your location #342310 this evening. I walked in @ 8:41 pm. I was greeted by an older Indian gentleman that asked how he can help. I asked for a single scoop. He then explained that they were closed. I said ok & walked out. Then I realized that they were open until 9pm. I walked back in & was greeted by a younger Hispanic girl who asked how she can help me. I asked her if they really close @ 9 she said yes. I told her that I was just told that they were closed by the other gentlemen. He then explained that they were close to closing time. I explained that I was looking for a simple scoop of ice cream. He said he would let me order only if I pay with a credit card. I find it hard to believe that this was the service I received from this location. The younger girl apologized, which I appreciate. I just am in disbelief that they would wanna turn a customer away with plenty of time before closing. You have lost a loyal customer tonight
