  As a woman it can be intimidating to bring your car into the shop. Especially when the only information you have is " it is making a sound." But I was never made to feel dumb. They took my concerns seriously. When they found the issue they took the time to explain it to me so that I understood . They were able to get my car done 3 hours before the estimated time which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my Saturday!
