  I went through the drive thru to get two slices of cake. The line was very long and it looked like rain. Usually this Portillo's has extra people working outside to help with drive thru, but it was 330pm on a week day and about to rain. With all these factors no cars were asked to pull forward, and it felt like a longer wait than usual. Prices seem pretty high at Portillo's these days too. The food is usually always tasty though! We got the lemon cake slice and strawberry shortcake slice- never disappoints.

  I've been here a few times, and I can't seem to order anything but the italian beef + fries. It's so good. I can't think of a better place to get the italian beef (get the big beef if you're really hungry)... and I highly recommend the hot peppers + mozzarella cheese . I gave the place 4 stars because it could be cleaner (floors and tables).
