  I visited this location on my way home from work on 9/11/17. This in not the usual facility I use for my oil changes, but figured I would receive the same quality service as the Jiffy Lube I usually visit. I was greeted by two friendly employees. From there I have nothing positive to say about my experience.
  
  I was asked if I wanted to use standard or synthetic oil. I thought this was odd as my vehicle has always been serviced with synthetic, its a 2013 Equinox my understanding is that's the only oil I should use. I confirmed it should be synthetic. My oil change was completed in less than 10 minutes, which again seemed different than the normal amount of time I spend waiting for my oil to be changed. I presented my $10 coupon to the attendant and he proceeded to tell me my total was $80.40. In all my years of oil changes for this vehicle I have never spent more than $54.00 I questioned the amount and was told the price is more because this Jiffy Lube is owned by a auto mechanic shop. I didn't believe this but felt stuck and proceeded to pay.
  
  I reviewed my receipt when I got home and find it comical that the service checklist states my car was vaccuumed and my tire pressure was F35 and R35, one of my back tires is at 30 and I knew this going in, see picture below. I thought I would receive the quality service I am accustomed to and the tire would be filled to the appropriate amount, not lied about. The windows were not cleaned. I left with the same smear on my front windshield that I had arrived with. I also did not receive a reminder sticker in the top right corner of my windshield.
  
  It seems after reading other reviews I was scammed and not asked if I wanted the $59 or $79 syntethic oil and also paid for incomplete services that were lied about on my receipt. I find it disappointing that I was fed a deceptive lie about why the cost was so high when I asked if prices had gone up. I will never visit this location again and I hope I spare someone their hard earned money with this review.
