  The only place I would allow to service my family's string instruments. Attitude is everything: When I brought a bass in that the top had popped off (college instrument storage area had no humidity, ignored by my less responsible college child player at that time) Ken called me looking splinters so he could add them back to the original instrument. I found some...Anal, Yeah! Now my kids are grown but I loved Ken.
