  I have had a horribly unprofessional experience with this office, and his rude staff. They have been extreamly unhelpful in regurads to my pain (9/10 level of pain daily!) & have placed me at the bitten of their "To Do" List, leaving for lunch break, as I have been fastin 16+ hours trying to get instructions from a nurse or doctor- but THIS Office refuses to allow me to wait on hold, and went off to lunch break, while I wait for imstructions on SIX Different tests, continue to fast and be in CRIPPLING pain, waiting and hoping they call be so I don't have to fast again.
  Please DO Not go here if you have a serious health issue, you will not be treated like a patient, you will be treated like a paycheck.

  Dr. Giordano is the most genuine, kind, and caring doctor I have ever known. I really feel he cared about my family deeply. When I delivered my babies, he was there at Edward hospital before the epidural wore out to see our creation and tell us how great we did. He is perfectly gentle with newborns, has a good sense of humor for older kids, sensitivity towards adults and their issues, etc.
  
  I remember one time going in to discuss weight loss options (post-baby) and I swear his pep talk will stay with me forever. He did not just write a slip for a drug and get me out of the office. He spoke straight and I could tell he meant what he said and really cared about me and my health. I left feeling like a million bucks and signed up for the Y to lose my weight right.
  
  I could go on and on. If you are looking for the perfect doctor for your family, you have found him. I wish every doctor could take a page out of Dr. Giordanos book. His staff is great too.
