  Do not rent from this company bunch of scams. Now I rented from invitation homes in Georgia I didn't have a bad experience besides trying to contact someone. Now I have a housing voucher when I was in Georgia I had a four bedroom house with a 3 bedroom voucher. The rules with were of your voucher can cover the house then you can get it and when I was in Georgia that happen... Now we get to invitation which them in waypoint had merged. I call in ask was they the same as Georgia before I even applied the representative who responded said yes as long as your voucher can cover the house you can get it. Now I go on invitation Homes and apply the house was price at 1435 which I knew the voucher would've cover it. After I applied for the home the next day the price change to 1500 and I got a little confused. I paid the application and was told that somebody will contact me in 72 hours no one never call me I call invitation home and the a lady name Anita I believe that's her name answer the first day told me she will have the leasing agent to call me. Again no one never call nor email. So I call again speak with the same lady about the house now she tells me to hold on goes in talk to her manager then come back intells me that because I have a 2 bdrm voucher which pays 1683 in county club hills that I can't get the house after I paid the application call in spoke to different people this the answer I get today. Then I tried to the lady what I was told about the bedroom in explain to her that I know you can because I just had it in Georgia she cuts me off saying manager said you can't get the house with a 2 bedroom voucher although the house jump from 1435 to 1500 within 24hrs in the voucher is 1683 I was told I couldn't get the house after waiting days for a respond. I ask her can I speak to the manager she transfer me to a dead end line. I call back and told her what she did she then say my manager unavailable can I get your number for her to call you back.the people here is very rude especially the lady Anita or whatever her name is. So basically I'm out of $50 and no house. Take your money far away from them

  Worst company to ever rent from! Absolutely horrible customer service. They started adding on fees 6 months after living in their house but no one could explain what the fees were for. They made the year I had to deal with them a living hell. Save yourself the headache and money and don't rent from this shit company!
