  Fantastic program, Fantastic coaches, Fantastic staff and FANTASTIC RESULTS!!!
  I have lost over 21lb and feel great. The diet, if you can call it that, is easy to follow and I never felt hungry. There are so many options to choose from that it never gets boring. Before the diet I suffered terribly with acid indigestion and heartburn and since starting it I’ve never had any, which has been amazing.
  The workouts are hard to start with but the coaches are there with you. If you feel that there is something you can’t do they work with you to resolve the exercise or find you an alternative. The rest of the guys working out with you are a mix of ability and everyone is friendly and supportive.
  Overall one of the best decisions I’ve made was to join Top Level Fitness
