  It is hard to rate because I loved it when I had it but hated it when I had to leave thanks to supervisor William. I had been a loyal W.O.W. customer since they became W.O.W. I really did love my service. The customer service agents were very nice as a rule and if there was an issue they did try to fix it. I can honestly say I do miss having Wide Open West.
  Just this year though after years of great service I had to get rid of them when they decided to increase my bill by $80.00 and take away all premium movie channels. My monthly bill was always $116.00 for high speed Internet, 2 dvr's and cable with HBO, Showtime Starz and the regular basic channels but then came the notice of the massive increase to $200.00 a month plus tax for high speed Internet and basic cable. That is a bit extreme when living on a disability check. I tried & tried to work things out with them and in the end I was told very rudely by a Supervisor William that it was just too bad that I had such a great deal all those years but it is over now and if I didn't like it I could leave them. So I did.
