  I waited in the lot for 10 minutes for this store to open at 8:30 am (before going to work) & walked up at 8:38am to a locked door and lights off! I returned to my car & waited a few minutes & finally left to find another UPS store because no one came to open this place! Seriously?? I understand a few minutes but 15+?? Do they only have ONE guy opening at that hour? Like anyone has time for THAT before work in the morning!! SO annoyed!

  This is probably one of the first time I'm reviewing a business because how poorly their behaviour and customer service has been. If it was just once, I'd have overlooked it but every time I step into this store my experience is so negative that I thought my naperville neighbors should know about it. First it was problems with their printer for which I was made to pay. Recently I wanted to rent a PO Box and the clerks behaviour was beyond rude. I actually rented at another place on Washington street...super nice and friendly. I will never again do business here again.
