  We made reservations for a mani/pedi after purchasing a Groupon. My husband confirmed this service. However, upon arrival they said I was scheduled for a massage as well and the nail technician would not be in for another hour. It was VERY disappointing as this was a part of my birthday celebration so having to wait completely threw the schedule off. The nail service was fine and the technician was nice, but I won't be back. Good customer is more important! Be sure to confirm what services you would like to receive because what happened almost felt like a set-up to bring in the salon more money because there were two Groupon options. Anyway just be sure to confirm and double confirm.
