  If we could give 10 stars we would. Brian at Smart Mortgage Center was great to work with as we purchased our first home. We had a bit of a unique situation, in that we were first time home buyers and we bought our home from someone we knew, without any relators. Brian was always available to ask questions (and believe me...we asked A LOT of questions) and always took the time to ensure we understood what was happening at each step of the process as well as what our options/choices were so we could make the best decision for our family. It was obvious from day one that Brian had our best interest at heart and was working to get us the right mortgage for us and ultimately got us the mortgage we needed at the payment we wanted. Additionally, the rest of the team was friendly and quick to respond when needed. Without a doubt, we will only use the Smart Mortgage team for any mortgage needs in the future.

  Smart Mortgage is one of the most professional and knowledgeable companies out there today. They worked with us from start to end. They went through many programs with us to help us decide which would be the best one for us. This company has one of the best loan processing programs. Kelly makes the process effortless. They even continued after the closing to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again Smart.
