  When we lived in Illinois 10 years ago, Shannon Hallstrom was our State Farm agent and she and her staff were the best. Now that we've moved back to Illinois, one of my first calls was to Shannon to be our agent again. She and her staff are still the best! No, I don't like the high insurance rates in Illinois but that is how it is in Illinois (for those of you who think the rates are high, get over it! It's the price of living in this state!)

  Best insurance company out there. I've had Shannon since I was 18 and 43 now. The only ones that would insure me on my motorcycle for a decent rate. I have 2 cars, a motorcycle, home, and life insurance. The staff is great as well. Always fast and professional. Wouldn't recommend looking any further she's the real deal.

  Everyone in this office couldn't have been more helpful when my mom passed away. They worked with us to get all of her insurance policies taken care of and they even helped with notarizing documents for us. They were willing to receive or send faxes for us and they were just so nice. I can't thank them enough!
