  I thought opening an account online would be the 'easier' way.
  By the time I finished the process, my 'JOINT' account never asked for my joint applicant's information and I was printing the final signature card for verification purposes.
  Now I've got to go in AFTER I WAIT FOR MY MATERIALS IN THE MAIL with both of us anyway.
  By checking JOINT ACCOUNT, I expected it to be taken care of throughout the process.

  Avoid this bank any way you can, especially a banker named Elizabeth. Very unhelpful. Does not volunteer information on how to best help you. You must ask the right question. Will NEVER use this bank and will be helping my family members move to a different bank.

  Excellent customer service. Financial Consultant Patricia assisted me, and was the main reason I utilized PNC services vs the other banks I had shopped around. She explained everything to me in a very knowledgeable and professional way. Patricia even braved the cold wind to take me outside and run through some specific ATM functions!! Her demeanor and product knowledge are definitely an asset to PNC.
