  I was a recent guest at the Naperville studio, I arrived early to complete my paperwork and register my monitor. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The coach, Ryan even made it a point to introduce himself to me, ask about what studio I was visiting from and if I needed any help with the workout. The workout was a tag teamed 3 G and so awesome!!! I enjoyed the studio so much I went back again before my departure back to Richmond, VA. I HIGHLY recommend this studio and if you’ve not yet tried Orangetheory... what are you waiting for? First workout is FREE!!! You won’t be disappointed. Go for it. Start today.

  I'm usually a runner and thought this work out would be a perfect way to challenge myself to hit my weight loss goals. Loved my first class and can't wait for my next one!
