  In 2014 I brought in my ten year old car for an oil change because I didn't want to do it myself in the cold weather. Within days of the oil change this car I'd taken care if myself for six years was leaking oil on the driveway and running poorly for the first time ever. I checked the oil and it was overfilled despite making a mess on my driveway. I took it back and the "mechanics" on duty said "...No way this was caused by too much oil...and a little extra oil in an older car like this is good for it". They refused to siphon enough out to get it back down to full so I went home and did it. Then I had change my oil fouled spark plugs. Car was never the same after I tried to save myself a little effort so I sold it a year later to a wrecking yard. Never went back.
