  To explain regarding the negative review listed below. A year had passed, customer took car to a dealership in Georgia. Dealership said, that Nelson's did not put insulators on the struts. Customer called Nelson's and told them what the Dealership told them. Pat told said customer to bring car in and he will take a look at it. Customer said they are living in Georgia and can not bring the car in. If anyone has dealt with a Dealership before, need I say more??? Don't know why the Dealership would charge $800 to put a pair of $50 insulators on the struts. The repair was done at Nelson's by an ASE certified technician. It's unfortunate that Nelson's could not legitimize this complaint. Nelson's Services strives to have satisfied customers. Unfortunately this is the first complaint in years by one customer and one visit by this customer.
