  This review is strictly for Dr. Jeff Tanzi. I've been going to Hobson Meadows for around ten years now. Started off with Robert Rozner and ended up with John Paul, which both are great medical professionals. I needed an appointment for my allergies that have been going on for years, but did not have an answer as to what was causing them. I've tried medicine, nasal sprays but everything seemed to wear off eventually and wanted to see what other options I had. Jeff Tanzi is the worst medical professional, if you can call him that, that I have ever met. Unfavorable, impersonal and just all around not a pleasant individual to be around. Instead of going over what options I had, like seeing a different allergy specialist or doing blood work to possibly see what I am allergic to (since I haven't had those done) he immediately told me to just take Zyrtec and nasal spray. When I questioned him on what options I had and what else could be causing this, he said, and I quote, "Well, you are arguing with me about everything, so what do you want me to do?" It seemed like I was a pain in the behind because I came to see him. He rushed me through the whole appointment, cut me off when I was speaking mid sentence, and offered absolutely no insight on what steps I should take to possibly pin point what was causing this. That is probably the reason why he is the only one you can get an appointment with on a short notice. Never again. The worst $50 co-pay I have ever spent. I'd rather wait for John Paul for a month or so than to ever see him again. He makes himself look like he knows it all and knows better that anyone else. I told him what I have previously tried with John Paul and all he said is " I don't see anything in here, I don't know what you were prescribed." Finally, I got a request to do blood work and he told me to go to Edwards. I asked if I could go to Quest, as it is much more convenient than Edwards, and that is where John Paul had sent me before. He said "I don't know what your insurance covers and what it doesn't." Last time I checked, you had all my insurance information on file and could easily check, as most medical offices end up doing that anyway. Overall, displeased, highly, with Jeff Tanzi. Do not waste your time, and money, scheduling an appointment with him.
