  Teresa was very friendly and informative! She helped me understand what work was being done, and what preventive work should be done in the near future, and the costs associated with each. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with her.
  The work done on my car exceeded my expectations. The backup camera is now fixed and works better than ever.
  I also enjoy knowing the inspection details and the car wash!

  Excellent dealership to work with. Friendly sales people with great personality that draw you in and make you feel like family. Quality cars, knowledgeable staff, and they resolve any issues or questions you may have. They play nice when it comes to other dealerships as well. I've had dealerships from multiple brands that really down-talk other dealers - even of the same company. Kia of Naperville was very pleasant and works with other dealerships to get you the car you're looking for, and has said nothing negative about another dealership even when asking about them.
