  Dr McElligott was my pulmonary specialist for over 4 years. In that time I was asked to changed my schedule or have it cancelled all together after having to make it months in advance. I guess it's good to have that much business. Personal care? Only by his nurses. Ask a question to the billing dept you had better follow up even if they say THEY will. Instead of getting back to you on a measly $30 missed appt bill they submit you to a collection agency all the while you are waiting for a return call with an answer. (I asked if they could over look the missed appt since I had been asked so many times to change my schedule). I moved onto another team.
