  Bought a bathroom rug there that was machine washable, and after one wash it started to unravel dramatically; I went back hoping to exchange it for a new one, or some sort of store credit to put towards another since I loved it so much ( I didn’t have the receipt or tag because I didn’t anticipate this happening), however the cashier gave me an extremely difficult time and made me wait up to 30 minutes while she tried to locate the item. In the end after waiting, they wouldn’t even give me store credit for my damaged item so I took it home to try to fix myself. It was a waste of my time, money, and respect for the store.
