  Had the worst customer service from a 5 year branch manager (denise mercado) at this branch. I was looking to withdraw money and due to the sum was told they would have to order the cash, and i could have it in a week..? i asked for a cashiers check and was told there would be a $8 fee? so again i asked how can i withdraw my money without a fee. she brought out bank brochures of fees and where they reserve the right for 7 days to order cash... there was no fee to close out my account I has at the bank for many years. Horrible customer service . I closed out my account and received a check. 0 stars
