  A technician came out to my house to change the windshield on my minivan. It turned out he didn't have the right one and planned to come out the next day again. However, after the technician left, and I got in the car to pick up my kids, I noticed that one of the buttons below my rear view mirror was busted. When I called later, the technician denied doing any damage to the mirror. I spoke to the owner who basically told me that since he wasn't present and that it was my word against the technician's, there was nothing he could do.
  I am very disappointed with the company especially since they were recommended by my car dealer. I would sincerely have preferred an admission of guilt and apology to any offer of financial recompense (which they didn't do either!)
