  Ordered in Aug; promised by late Nov; delivered one month late with no notice or status update even after calling for one. Not even an apology. Nothing. Then when I asked the delivery guys if they were going to use a carpet runner (on my new carpet) they said, "We don't do that." Really? For as many thousands of dollars as I paid? Not terribly happy with their customer service.
