Purchased a new Highlander Hybrid recently. Worked with Robert and Jose. Both were very professional, courteous and helpful. We haggled over the price and I think we were all satisfied with the outcome. Robert gave me a tour of the facility - the service bay is very impressive - large, clean and organized. Although it took some time for everything to finally wrap up, it was overall a positive experience. I can't say that about other dealerships I've dealt with. Robert made sure I left with everything I needed. Meeting the general manager at the end was a nice touch.

The service at Toyota of Naperville was excellent. Our sales associate, Mike Beck, was great. Mike worked hard with Ulises, the sales manager, to get me in the vehicle I wanted within my budget. We had our kids with us and they had a nice area for them to hang out while we talked numbers. The finance team was quick and to the point, no trying to upsell any extras. They just reviewed everything and asked if I had any questions. Never pushy and very straightforward. Thanks for the quick and stress free buying experience!
