  We went to pick up our new bedding and when we got it home the quilt was completely wrinkled. Aside from that it was ruined. It was no longer soft and fluffy. It felt dry and the cushion inside the EXPENSIVE quilt was bunched up. We took it to the dry cleaners because it needs to be washed differently. If I wanted this, I would've just thrown it in my own washer. Never go here! They don't know what they are doing.
