  We laid our father to rest with the help of Friedrich-Jones, and were so grateful for and pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and compassion. From the moment we called, everything ran smoothly down to the last detail. John seems to have found his niche as a funeral director, as he was kind, genuinely sympathetic, and extraordinarily attentive. The rest of the staff followed suit, and everyone treated us with dignity and respect. Whether this should be expected from a funeral home or not, when grieving the loss of a loved one, you're just thankful when it's the case, and Friedrich-Jones delivered. As a sad time goes, it couldn't have been better.
