  I have taken all of my pets to County Line since the mid-1990s. I have always had courteous service and compassion for my pets, both cats and dogs. A few years back I had a very sick dog that required long-term treatment and the staff was very caring and accommodating to our family needs. When my dog finally passed away, not only did my family grieve, but the receptionists and the vet grieved with us. I am surprised to see other reviews describing them as uncaring. They do give you options in treatment for your pet, but I see that as a courtesy to help people with different levels of income available to treat their pets. I personally appreciate discussing my options and becoming well informed on what will be done for my pet. I would highly recommend them and would not consider taking my pets anywhere else.
