  Pros - good prices for OKAY food. Cheap prices. Clean. Organized
  
  Cons - The waiter we got was awful. Very slow, didn't really talk to us. Seemed like he was use to handling bar customers. He didn't come around much, he wasn't keeping an eye on our table. We often had to flag him down or call someone else. Just super poor service. Chili's if you're reading this, put in a secret dining person who can review each of your staff and get rid of the ones that are driving down your service. I won't be back any time soon. Oh, and for Chili's sake he forgot to charge us for several items. Yes that was nice for us however I don't think it was even intentional. I think he simply wasn't trained or didn't care.
