  I had problems with a warranty on my Cadillac. I took it to Cadillac of Naperville service department. Thomas Mack was my service representative and I was spitting fire, my warranty would not cover the service I needed. Thomas was the most understanding and helpful person. I have never had someone work that hard to go out of their way to help me. My car will always go back to Cadillac of Naperville for service. Thank you Thomas for being so helpful and patient with me.

  Quick friendly service got me in same day for an oil change and tire rotation. Had no rentals available however so had to wait for my vehicle. This was an issue seeing as it was still buisness hours and i had things to attend to that had to be pushed back til tomorrow.
