  The staff was very friendly and I was able to find everything I was looking for in the store by myself. I was even able to get some advice on how to fix my particular issue. Unfortunately, I grabbed the wrong type of parts, and had to exchange them. This happened without issue although I had opened one of the items already.

  I called ahead asking if they had portable band saw blades they assured me they did when I got there no one knew what a portable bandsaw was I drove extremely far out of my way and was very disappointed.
