  On the way to dinner i commented that we have never had a bad meal at Biaggi's. Sorry that my latest visit didn't measure up. We had a party of 4. Our server was OK but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I ordered the Cod special. When our party's food arrived I found my dish under cooked to the point that the fish was cold and gelatinous. Upon raising my concerns, the manager came and apologized and even said, "We are not a sushi restaurant." So far so good. Now, whenever I have had trouble of this magnitude at any restaurant, the manager will always offer some type of adjustment.....take the dish off of the bill.....perhaps a round of drinks for my party....dessert. Nothing happened. I finally had to ask the server an she came back and said dessert would be fine.....but just for me. I never saw the manager again until the bill came and my dessert had not been taken off the bill! My order was bad and had to be redone. My party was disrupted by my order being taken back and the rhythm of our dinner was interrupted by this serious error. The promised free dessert even showed up on my bill. I didn't think the response by the staff was at all adequate. I will try Biaggi's again some day but not for a long time.
