  UPDATE: This business is texting me and accusing me of tampering with the vehicle and saying that I never had permission to give the car an inspection .They will not leave me alone. They are also scolding me for this review and asking where I work.

  1. I was never presented with any paperwork to take the car. Your mechanic handed me the keys, put the dealer plate, on and told me to go.
  2. I informed both you and your mechanic individually that I was taking it to my own shop to do an inspection on it personally.
  3. As I told you over text, I did a non-invasive inspection on the vehicle. It's no different than any other inspection that would be conducted on any other vehicle that came into the shop.
  4. Being able to afford the vehicle was not the issue. It was the fact you had it proceed at the top of KBB value and it was not in top condition. In fact, the car I ended up buying was more expensive than your dieing Audi, and I gladly paid for it because the turbo was not leaking oil into the intake and because the struts/shocks weren't with out .
  5. I told you I wanted 1500 for the Subaru, I told you I wanted 2800 off of your asking price accounting for a trade-in and all the problems with the vehicle that I was considering buying. You told me I wasn't going to get 500 for it anywhere yet I sold it for $2,000.
  
  I don't know who does your inspections, but nobody is going to do a better inspection than an ASE certified mechanic who is buying the car.
  
  So tell me, who is ripping who off?
  
  I'm an experienced technician that went to look at a high mileage Audi at this dealership. I brought the car back to my place of work and did an inspection on it and found that the turbo was leaking oil into the intake, struts were worn out, and brakes were destroyed. The business owner told me that the inspection just gave me a heads up on what was wrong with the car but it meant nothing to him value wise. He explained to me that all things on all cars ware out and that's why the car is worth $9,400 instead of $30,000 (like new). The top of the KBB value on this vehicle was the asking price. He offered to put new brakes on and took $200 off of asking. This car will need a new turbo and new struts (costs ~$2500 for both). This business does not understand how to value vehicles and I would not recommend that anyone who doesn't know exactly what they're looking at on a car purchase a vehicle from this lot. Its a typical used car lot selling vehicles with hidden problems at full KBB value .
